At Sam’s Supplies, we work hard to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a smooth and transparent return & refund process. Please read the policy below to understand how returns work.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is in unused condition with original packaging, accessories, and labels.

  • Your request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: Items that have been used, altered, damaged due to misuse, or missing accessories cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Products that show signs of use

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts

How to Request a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email us at support@samssupplies.pk or message us on WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order number, contact details, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Attach photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will verify your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

  • Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during shipping.

  • Return shipping cost:

    • If the error is our fault (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.

    • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.


Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Refunds will not be granted if the item returned does not meet our eligibility criteria.


Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • We will replace the product with the same item (if available).

  • If the replacement is out of stock, you may request a different product or store credit.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

  • COD orders not accepted upon delivery may lead to restrictions on future orders.
